Ji-young is beautiful and passionate. Ji-sun is naive and gentle. Cheol-whan, a young entrepreneur, covets the their fathers' wealth and tries to marry Ji-sun. But Ji-sun is in love with Hyung-jo, a genius composer but accepts her father's wishes and agrees to marry Cheol-whan. But when Ji-young finds out about Cheol-whan's machinations and when their father dies after going bankrupt, she vows revenge. She throws her sense of ethics away and faces Cheol-whan. Her boyfriend Gi-soo tries to convince her to give up her revenge but is unsuccessful and he decides to leave the country. On the day she bids farewell to Gi-soo, Ji-young almost gets assaulted by men that Cheol-whan sent. She regrets her actions and goes to Cheol-whan's apartment and commits suicide there. Cheol-whan also repents his actions. When Ji-sun, who'd been living on a remote island with Hyung-jo, learns of Cheol-whan's real intentions. She opens a concert for the disabled in memory of Hyung-jo's death and greets Cheol-whan with a warm smile.
故事
