简介：35.000 children accused of witchcraft and rejected by their families are trying to survive in the streets of Kinshasa, DRC. Mika, 14 years old, finds himself in this terrifying predicament overnight. To face this transition, he has to learn the street codes, find a way to eat and sleep, but also to protect himself by joining a street gang. How will he cope with this new life? As the story unfolds, choices are presented to you. Which path would you choose?
DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT
Making a film in Kinshasa is a life-changing experience. It’s impossible to remain indifferent to this megalopolis of energy, music, smiles and violence. I made this film with actors playing their own role because I really wanted to show their resilience and self-saving potential. Today, these children have a roof and go to school.
